I run meditation retreats, which are an opportunity to experience deep states of peace and love and to awaken treasured parts of your self that have laid dormant. They are also really fun. I do not believe in taking things too seriously. I always aspire to teach meditation with a sense of lightness. After 16 years learning different styles of meditation from teachers all around the world, and practising and experimenting myself, I feel I have a wealth of really helpful tips to enhance your meditation practice if you already have one, or to kickstart your meditation journey if you haven't. Mindful parenting course

1. The Mindful Parenting Course is an 8 - week training programme in how mindfulness can make you a wiser, more peaceful parent. It is open to parents of children of all ages. No prior experience of mindfulness is needed. Louis is a Child and Family Psychotherapist who has been practicing meditation for over 16 years, studying with a variety of teachers from around the world. He has 10 years experience supporting children, parents and families. The course will give you a series of skills and perspectives that take a lot of the stress out of parenting, and we will also share a series of effective mindful parenting interventions you can use with your children.
2. The Mindful Parenting Intermediate Course is an 8-week training programme for parents who have already been on the Mindful Parenting Course or who have a regular mindfulness practice. The course will be going deeper into the practice of mindfulness and how the wisdom we gain from mindfulness practice can be directly translated into a variety of common challenging parenting situations. The course is run by Louis Weinstock, a Child and Family Psychotherapist who has been practicing meditation for over 16 years, studying with a variety of teachers from around the world. He has 10 years experience supporting children, parents and families.
