Coaching a widely misunderstood approach. It is intrinsically different to therapy, counselling, mentoring or advice services. The coaching process invites the client to examine what is going on in their life right now and create specific, personal goals to work towards. A coach helps you to identify what obstacles and challenges you might face in realising your full potential, giving you tools and techniques to move through them.

No-one knows yourself better than you. Whether you know it or not, you know the answer to every challenge or difficulty you face. As such, unlike many traditions of therapy, the coaching relationship empowers the client to trust their intuition.
