The Quiet Evolution Process
I offer a foundational 12-week process where I first listen very carefully to your needs, and then tailor an intervention based on the best insights and techniques I have learned in a lifetime spent as a student of human nature, and a student of life. I am trained professionally in a number of disciplines, including Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Coaching, Hypnotherapy. (See FAQ below for more info on my training). Most importantly, I believe that after working with a therapist, you should see, feel, and do things differently. As a result of these changes, your life should feel better. The first and most important condition for your self-realisation is a quiet space. When we begin our journey together, I will guide you to recognise, befriend, and then dive beneath the noisy mental chatter of your own mind. Confusion and suffering can dissolve in an instant, the minute you realise you are not the thinker. I have witnessed this single realisation so many times; the simple power it has on people never ceases to amaze me. This realisation creates a space for your own natural power and magnificence to emerge.
Once I guide you to realize on a deep level that you can find peace in each and every moment, your heart will naturally expand and you will reconnect with a long-lost sense of love for your self and love for the world. At this point, I help you to establish daily practices that will help you stay connected to this place of peace, compassion, and fulfilment. This is where your responsibility to yourself and the world around you becomes apparent. Its relatively easy to have an epiphany, a momentary sense of great insight, peace, freedom, or love. To sustain these qualities requires Consistency and the right Community. If required, I will support you to establish these 2 big C's in your life.
My personal mission is to be an ever greater presence of love in the world, and, through my own journey, to support others to be the same. A Quiet Evolution expresses the way in which we can cultivate our Highest Self, for the good of all. As Lao Tzu says: “If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.”

How many sessions will I need?
I usually offer my clients a twelve week programme that is tailored to your unique needs. This period of time is usually enough to create long term and sustainable change in your life. I do also work with some clients longer term, and I have done shorter periods of work, depending on your needs. This can all be explored in our initial consultation.
How much do the sessions cost?
I offer the initial consultation free of charge. This is because it is important that we both can meet each other and explore if we can work well together. During this initial consultation, we will discuss payment. I aim to be as inclusive as possible, so if the full fee is not possible for you, then we can discuss what you can afford and go from there.
What happens in the first session?
In the first session, we will look at the areas of your life and your self that you would like support to make changes in. You will have an opportunity to see how I work and ask me questions about the process. There is no fee for the initial consultation.
What techniques do you use?
I am qualified as a coach, a psychotherapist, and a mindfulness teacher. Over the last 16 years of supporting people to grow, I have a range of techniques that I am able to tailor to your unique needs.

How do I arrange a time to have my first session?
You are welcome to email me or call me and we will arrange a suitable time to meet.
I can’t come to Harley Street. Can we still work together?
Yes. I increasingly have clients who live abroad or prefer to have sessions from the comfort of their own home. I work with these clients via Skype or telephone. I also sometimes run a practice on a beautiful houseboat near Kings Cross.
