Psychotherapy is a method of therapy that is focused on helping you heal and learn more constructive ways to deal with the problems or issues within your life. Also known as talking therapy or counselling, psychotherapy is recommended for someone struggling with an area of life or a specific mental health issue that is causing a great deal of emotional pain.

Typically you would see your therapist for 50 minutes once a week and work towards achieving specific goals you want to accomplish.
